Confidentiality is an important aspect of our program. This means that under normal circumstances no one is given any information – even the fact that you have been here – without your express written consent. Our primary goal is to provide you with a safe environment to discuss your concerns. Kind Intervention staff follow professional, legal, and ethical guidelines.

Please be aware that there are certain circumstances in which we are required to breach confidentiality with out a client’s permission. We are mandated to report certain information in which there is a possibility of harm to a client or another person, in cases of child or elder abuse or under court order. We will explain these situations to you in your first meeting and a Confidentiality/Privacy Agreement will be
